I
first met Pastor George at the hotel we were staying in. One night I
decided to go to reception to send an Email to my wife. As we were some
5hrs ahead it was very late.
within minutes there was a crowd gathered round me discussing cricket.
Not
surprising as Pakistan was playing India in a test abroad. What was
interesting was that one of the them was saying that he wanted to be a
professional cricketer.
After a while talking politics into the late hours George showed up having finished his latest duty.
I
asked him if he played cricket he said no, his work mates said that he
was a film star actor. With his smart look I believed them. George
looked at me with a straight and serious face and stated that he was a
Man of God and wanted to preach the Gospel all over the world.
If I was falling asleep this got my attention.
He went on to tell me about his many work in Lahore and surrounding villages.
